Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@bareroots-footwear.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item(s).
Important: Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Exchange & Free Size Swaps
We understand that you want the right fit for your footwear. That is why we offer Free Size Swaps.
To start the Free Size Swaps process or request an exchange, contact us at info@bareroots-footwear.com with details of the item you’d like to exchange. We will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Wrong Item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@bareroots-footwear.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
