Return & Exchange Policy

At BareRoots Footwear, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period
•  You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns
•  To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return
•  Email us at info@bareroots-footwear.com within 30 days of delivery.
•  Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
•  We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item(s).

Important: Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
•  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
•  We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
• 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
•  If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Wrong Item?
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@bareroots-footwear.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
